To reply to you, to send news about our opening, and to offer Founding Circle members priority booking. That’s all.
What we never do
Who may see it
Only the HolSoul team and the service providers who help us run email and this website, under agreements that limit them to that purpose. We may disclose information if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Until you ask us to remove it, or until it’s no longer needed to keep you informed about HolSoul.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe from any email, or ask us to show, correct or delete what we hold about you, by writing to info@holsoul.com.
When you become a patient
Joining the Founding Circle does not create a patient relationship. Once our clinical services begin, your health information will be handled through our secure patient systems and described in a separate Notice of Privacy Practices.
